Not a problem. If you really want to get nuts with browser compatibility, check out this site:

http://browsershots.org

It takes the URL you enter and generates screenshots showing what your site looks like in all different platforms and browsers... It can take a while, though, depending on how many options you choose.

>> I don’t think Sacramento counts, >>

I kinda figured. ;-)

Hey, looks like the input box problem was fixed — on Firefox 3.0.3 on a Mac and it looks like it should!

i never really think of Atlanta as a major sports town, but we've got all 4 majors, big college stuff (ie. georgia tech), and other "side" sports. i guess the braves won in '95 (before i got here) and that's really probably it...

True, but DC didn't have a baseball team for more than 30 years. I mean, how many places actually have teams in all four sports? LA doesn't have a football team, do they not count either? The real question is what's the cutoff then? I say no to one-sport towns. I think three sports counts. I could go either way on two-sport towns.

I look this stuff up. I don't know from NBA history beyond generalizations (Celtics '60s, Knicks early '70s, Celts/Lakers '80s, Bulls '90s . . . then it gets hazy).

i have some of those old skinny little tiny-sized basketball card. i think some were even perforated. i was never too big on basketball, but i loved bill cartright when i was a kid and he was the knicks center. i was a little more into hockey and dug the islanders til about 6th grade or so. i liked football, but haven't since i finished high school probably. i have a steve largent rookie card and wesley walker was my favorite player. i haven't kept up much with who has won in those sports, besides just knowing the obvious of recent years...

that was really cool - reading Dr. Cox (Scrubs) here at the Banter! : )

ooh, i just saw the new Stadium Memory - the only TV i ever watch, besides baseball, is Scrubs. i recently saw the Jon Weisman link at DT over at the Toaster and i'm psyched Alex got him here. BB is just the BEST! and once i learn how to do all the fancy html, i think i'm going to just be thrilled over here at the new home. you guys rock, thanks for having me! : )

when's the last time Seattle won anything? ah, i guess they only have 2 majors. wait, didn't they lose their basketball team? fuggit, i'm no good outside baseball, so i can't take part in this discussion.

btw, cliff, you're right about the comments/fold stuff - i'm all set...

If we're just talking the four major sports, the Redskins won the Super Bowl in 1992, so DC's not even in the discussion.

Cleveland's last championship was the Browns' NFL win in 1964. I don't think Sacramento counts, because they only have one team.
