"Real Life" Albert's first movie pre-dates Reality TV by 30 years. "Modern Romance" is pretty good, especially the scene where Albert trips on a qualude but I'd have to say that "Lost in America" is my favorite--though I do like "Defending Your Life" as well. And of course there are the two comedy albums--"A Star is Bought," and "Comedy Minus One." The former was never released on CD due to a falling out between Brooks and collaborator Harry Shearer.

I don't know if a lot of people are into him, but Albert Brooks is brilliant.
'Defending Your Life' was an amazing movie. No accident that Meryl Streep agreed to be his leading lady.
