You can't go wrong with waffles from the Waffle House or pancakes from Cracker Barrel (I'm sure Jeb, uh I mean Evil Empire, can back me up on that one). Actually, when I'm at Cracker Barrel, I usually go for the biscuits and gravy (with one piece of French Toast off my wife's plate for dessert -- they give you four huge pieces of toast). But I guess you gotta be from the South to appreciate "cat head" biscuits and sawmill gravy... ;-) btw, Chyll, you gotta tell your syrup story again... it cracks me up every time I think about it. I lOVE pancakes but most of the times they are just too damn heavy for me and they sink to the pit of my stomach like an anvil. Though there are different kinds of pancakes.
