The long contracts to aging veterans are going to come back to haunt the Yankees. Ten years to A-Rod was just nuts. Should be interesting to see happens with Jeter. I don't think he can keep playing SS at age 37. But what else to do with him? He doesn't have the power you expect from a corner outfielder or first baseman (assuming he would agree to move).
