I liked it when Mike Felger was on drive time for ESPN radio Boston. I can’t stand WEEI’s weiner whiner line. Then Felger left there. Now I think he’s on the new FM sports station in Boston, although I haven’t listed to that station at all.

doesn’t espn have an espn chicago too – i think that was the first.
i wonder if they will try to go into any other markets.
i’s actually kind of funny that they would go into boston because espn radio absolutely tanks in the boston market since weei has such a stranglehold.

anyway, let’s win tonight and see a good joba performance.
and diane – wasn’t there enough soggy bottoms at the stadium friday and saturday? :}

[3] I stopped watching SportsCenter and BaseballTonight a few years ago, and so I’ve only heard all the stories about ESPN’s RedSox/Boston focus-fetish, without seeing it firsthand myself. This kinda seems to remove any doubt, though.

I just hope that they keep the two separate, and so maybe espn.com will be better for it – all the Boston-centric content will go there.

ESPN Boston, just what the world needed. Jerry Coleman is chugging along pretty nicely. Too bad the Padres are so awful.
