Besides, do the Mets really need two first round picks anyway? Now, the Red Sox just have to hope that the Braves don't sign anyone rated more highly than Wagner. If not, then this turns out to be a great trade because it either nets two extra picks or allows the Red Sox to sign a Type A they might otherwise have not.
