That was a great article. I’m glad the Times is writing about this stuff, but it still sounds staid and East Coast. I had friends in New Orleans in this scene in the late 90s. Some of the best evenings I’ve ever had.

Looks like Austin is staying in Trenton. I guess the Yankees have said to themselves “Let us leave Romine alone.”

My guess: Moeller for Jorge, NJ to 60 day & then Golson for Logan. But do they have to do Golson for Jorge because the 10 day rule, & thus Moeller for Logan?

I’m no judge when it concerns smoking, but that picture makes me sad and angry at the dude in it. Not for acknowledging what he does, but for begging (and with a big shit-eating grin to boot) to support his habit. The stuff is supposed to inspire creativity, yo; use that creativity to think of a better way to earn some money, don’t clown yourself like that…
