it wasn’t gourmet or fancy, but i had just ‘regular’ chinese food at a restaurant last nite w/ a buddy of mine. hadn’t had chinese yet this year. it was yummy!

5) The only dish we had that we didn’t like were the chef’s pickeled vegetables. But those dumplings are worth the trip and then some.

I can vouch for this place, but there is a line at lunch so aim for just before 12 unless you can wait it out. This place is so good, that a competing (and also very good) szechuan place opened across the street just to get the overflow from the people who don’t want to wait!
