The guy was a great hitter, but not so good if front of the mic. I remember one call really well..... ........ .... Kranepool digs in .... and the pitch .... IT'S HIT DEEP .... down the line .... is it fair or is it foul .... and ..... THE POLE HITS THE BALL.... THE POLE HITS THE BALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
