That leaves 5 months of total stay at home time (no 9-5 workday). The money, the prestige, the fun, the summers when your family can be with you in a temporary luxury apartment. I think the opportunity outweighs the time away. I would relish the lifestyle, but what do I know...never lived it. If Pettitte has a another great year or two, he will be a HOF candidate.
