[6] Cabrera is not only a 1B, but an awful one. He would have to completely out hit the field in order to compensate for his defensive deficiencies.

[7] Here’s hoping the Tigers sign an even better Type-A free agent! Also, Detroit and Oakland were tied for the 15th best record in the majors. They were also 3-3 in head-to-head. I’m not sure how MLB breaks that tie for purposes of the draft, but if the Tigers wind up with the lesser position, their number one pick would be protected.
