also, where does one acquire one of those *white-hot-bad-grammar-pokers (or whatever they’re actually called) that Guillen’s son used to brand Jenx? And are they meant to be used only on unruly relief pitchers?

[6] i’m sure you can work out a good deal w/ Diane. not sure if you saw my post on that thread, but i have 6 of those 80′s Abstracts. i should prolly sell ‘em, or something, ‘coz they’re just sitting on a shelf in my den, along with a ton of other cool baseball books, that i’ll prolly never read. but i kinda like having ‘em, ya know?! plus, my brother is coming down from NY tonight and i know he’s gonna wanna sit on the recliner and thumb thru a bunch of ‘em…
