[2] Oddly stoked? Stoked, I get. Oddly? I vil think aboud zis.

Not ready to make the Kesey jump or to suggest that Cash is foraging around for an exit strategy. The four acquisitions seem very solid. Big improvement over Marcus. Big improvement. Bullpen upgrade, especially since it comes at the expense of the Rays. I worry about Martin's hip and attitude; hell, I be worried about the third baseman's hip, too. The backstop situation looks stronger than the Soxxxx, and better than it has in years.

I am not so sure he missed on Lee. So, I am still supporting Cash.

On any given day, Jones can spell Brett Gardner in left, Curtis Granderson in center field, or even Jorge Posada at DH.

That's nothing. On any given day, Diane can spell Grudzielanek with her eyes closed, Tshimanga Biakabutuka standing on one leg, or even Billy Grabarkewitz while jumping rope!
