The 101 and 5 owe me a few months of my life back, but I was lucky to have lived very close to work in the 6 years I lived out there. Never had to commute more than 15 minutes to work. When I lived in Silverlake I worked in Glendale and would go home for lunch. My wife worked in downtown L.A.(an attorney like yourself) These days I drive 500 miles per week between Times Square and northwest NJ. It's beautiful out here, but it's a hike, and my commute would kill lesser men. 325) heh, no, I remember it.
