Nothing compares to the real thing. I caught Talking Heads once before they broke up. Forest Hills Tennis Stadium on a Friday night, August 1983. I was 17. Probably the best, and most memorable concert I've ever seen. I would have preferred seeing them in their prime a few years earlier, not that I'm complaining. Would have loved to see them with Adrien Belew (spelling) of KIng Crimson on guitar. You ever seen him play? That's burning down the house. I’ve seen David Byrne a bunch of times since they broke up, and I’ve seen the Byrneless Heads, too.
