Of course, considering Jeter's D, with a .675 OPS, he would still be well less then an 'average' SS. I read an analysis that said due to lack of range, Jeter gives up 50-100 BHs that an avg-to-elite SS gets to. So if Jeter allows an extra 60 BHs, is this that much different, run-wise, then making 50 errors? If Jeter isn't up to a ,675 OPS by the end of the month, I play Nunez.
