I thought he looked a little like Ichiro the way he used hips to drive the ball. And the top half looked a lot like Curtis, which can't be bad. He seems to have completely changed his batting stance. Whereas before he always was always extending across the plate and hitting off his front foot, now, he is sitting back, almost as if looking to pull. I am not sure if he has done work with Long, but in his first at bat, I almost didn't recognize it was Pena.
