Scott Proctor at least had the Scott Proctor Alleged Curveball to keep me entertained. Veras was just a big righthanded guy with no control t speak of and no especially funny secondary pitch.

Either way though, I wouldn’t be “proud” to have “discovered” either guy. They almost literally grow on trees.
