6) Dude, the epilogue! I would have just experienced the first part--and I did with more than a couple of girls. Oh, the futility and humility!

(5) No she didn't bite, I was the toothless one. A case of fear of rejection (the terror) combined with "too cool for school" prevented me from making the move, plus when you know someone since you were 14 made it a little weird at the time. But...six months later home during winter break of my freshman year with the swagger of experience; it happened.

The title alone made me instantly think of this gem:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsTTO5kuUfs

You can hear Green's clear influence on Carlos Santana (who of course much much later named an album "The Supernatural" in honor of this cut).

THIS SONG. Brings back memories of being a senior in high school, going on a college visiting tour of upstate New York with a girl I loved (and was terrified of)...in her car, just the two of us! It seems that this song, and Elton John's "Philadelphia Freedom" spun every 20 minutes on the the various Top 40 stations while driving.

Thanks for pulling out this nugget, it will always have special meaning for me.
