In the Albany area, the Yanks are broadcast in FM, and the sound is great. The drone of the crowd is almost symphonic, and even John and Suzyn sound more "live" and pleasant. Except for the early run futility, an exciting taut game. Isn't Ivan Nova a revelation? Calm and savvy beyond his years, and while it is unfair to compare him to others on the staff (AJ) his demeanor on the mound is one of a winner. Getting out of that no outs, man on 2nd and 3rd situation (and picking up Grandy and Swish) in the fifth inning was the pivotal point of the game. Nova is a smart guy too... with his basic English skills can make salient points in interviews. If I was interviewed in Spanish, not much more could be said than the sky is blue, and lo siento.
