On the best lists, What about Keith Moon, Ginger Baker, Neil Pert, Carl Palmer, Bill Bruford, Mitch Mitchell, Dave Garibaldi, Ainsley Dunbar, Max Weinberg, and Levon Helm (in his own subtle way, and there is something about a vocalist singing behind the drum kit)? I’m sure more to mention, just can’t remember.
