There’s a place beyond that where people are clearly just making stuff up as a dare. I like burgers, bacon and donuts, but have no use whatsoever for jamming all three in my mouth at the same time.

Reminds me of a house party I once attended where some guys were trying to outdo each other in making the hottest chicken wing sauce. After a couple of hours of giggling and tough talk and high-fiving, you couldn’t walk into the kitchen without your eyes watering. And as soon as the joke was over a whole bunch of food went in the garbage uneaten, because no human could eat it.
