		<description>I&#039;m stopped caring about awards when the gave Roger Clemens the MVP in 1986 over Mattingly. I was still nursing a grudge over Ron Guidry losing out to Jim Rice for MVP in 1978. I heard all the &#039;pitchers don&#039;t play everyday&#039; arguments in 1978, then a few years later it was &#039;pitchers stop losing streaks, an ace is so valuable&#039;.

		<description>Man, I remember when the Dodgers used to have a patent on the Rookie of the Year Award. the AL MVP is a good race. I&#039;d give it to Kemp in the NL but it seems to me that the AL is up for grabs.
