That bowl shows the right consistency of sauce to noodle. I took flack a while back for pining for more sauce on a pic of spaghetti that was pretty flimsy on the stuff. Sure, if the noodles tasted like Kellogg's Frosted Flakes in cold milk, I wouldn't put sauce on it either. But c'mon, are we all making our own pasta every other night?
