What a game. A fitting end to a season where, as each post-season game approached, methought "welp.. the Giants should just be proud to have gotten this far". Maybe not so much w the Falcs, but definitiely against the Packs, 49ers, and Pats. Somehow, each week they continued to pull off victories. Nice.

The NYG D certainly didn't perform as well as I was hoping. How bout that catch by Manningham in double coverage to set up the game winning TD (and that throw.. sweet jeebus)?

I just love seeing Belachick and Brady all glumfaced.

Bring on pitchers and catchers...

An espn article I read made a comparison between Eli and Jeter in terms of how quiet and private they are off of the field. I found it to be a salient point.

[2] He his amazing. If those 2 or 3 dropped passes are caught, it's a different game.

But Eli has something special.....some kind of a knack for pulling out games. Jeterian? Jeteresque?

I thought Brady had a shot in both of these loses. WIth the great ones like Brady, I never believe they are done until the clock runs out.

Congrats to the Giants.

Eli does it again. He had a great game, but the Pats were amazing in the red zone.

I've been watching the Giants (and football) since the Norm Snead days and I've never seen a team intentionally let the other team score. Much less the go ahead TD in the last 2 minutes. Amazing.

It's also amazing how close Brady made that last hail Mary.

Another fantastic SuperBowl. When I was a kid every Super Bowl sucked, they were all blow-outs. You kids today have it lucky, by cracky!
