I love these folks, too. My sister in Connectdadots hipped me to them a few years ago and I've been a patron since. I really like the Jasmine flowering tea and their chais. I prefer Harney & Sons' various Earl Grey varieties, but they do make the best tea I've ever had. The "local" bagel place (its two towns over) now stocks their tea, and I have a hard time not stopping every morning on my way to work - seeing as I have 3 boxes of it in my desk. I love these guys!
