		<description>Unfortunately, like a lot of the Yankees&#039; prized pitching prospects, Hughes has never learned to pitch. How can you when you are on such restricted pitch counts in the minor leagues that you almost never go past five innings? He doesn&#039;t know how to mix his pitches, doesn&#039;t known what to do when he gets into jams, and doesn&#039;t know what to do on nights when he doesn&#039;t have his A-Stuff. 

Hughes&#039; stuff is good enough to be a decent major league starter. But the fine art of pitching is painfully absent. Rothschild has his work cut out with him.</description>
