[150] having fun gus on the bench is one thing, but it does not compensate for a lack of exciting starters. This is not to say that the yankees starters are completely uninteresting. But there is something really fun about watching young players, especially those who were developed in house. The yankees results in this area in recent years has been lacking.

Speaking for myself, i find this team utterly boring, save for tracking jeter’s milestones.

I’m pretty much reaching my boiling point with this team. What a lifeless, apathetic bunch. It’s as if they’re saying, “We’ve got a lot of injuries. We can’t be expected to play any better.” They can’t hit with runners on, can’t make basic defensive plays, can’t hold leads. Very, very disappointing.
