It would have been different if he decided to call it a career; I'd be shocked, but happy for him. This was more of a "why?" thing that can never be answered. I know a little something about those kind of questions, and they just never leave your mind even when you say they do. Nevertheless, I stand behind the Yanks because they're my team.
