It really hurts because of blowing a 5 runs lead.
But looking at our lineup, our odds of a Win weren’t great.
It’s not to make excuses, but 10 days ago, we had both ARod and Teix in our lineup. So we have lost our #3 and #4 hitter. That’s gonna hurt any team.

Let’s hope Teix’s injury is minor and has no lingering effects.
The bottom line is we really can’t stand another injury to any of our starters.

There were at least 2 plays in LF that Gritner would have made. IbanJones have done a good job filling in, but we are still hurting some from not having Gritner. While ARod’s bat hasn’t been great this year, for some reason, when he is not in the lineup, we are a different team. If he is not back healthy for the PS, we aren’t going very far.

yea that game can really be summed up as horseshit.
this is beginning to feel more like a downward ascent then just a bad blip. obviously that can change pretty quickly, but with the preponderance of al east games the rest of the way, they need to turn it around pretty soon.

It’s time for Cashman to hold a team meeting and go all Ozzie Guillen on the boys. Yeah… we have injuries. But the Sox played .500 ball with 3 starters and their 2 Aces playing like shit.

This team needs to show some backbone and man up.
These games are becoming unwatchable.
