The Orioles’ run differential is –49, which makes it hard to get too worried that they’re going to go on a tear.

The Yankees have the highest run diff. in either league, although the Nationals’ is more impressive (because it’s in a lower run-scoring environment). The Nats have to be the favorites to win it all this year. Amazing!

our offense has scored the same amount of runs as the vaunted shit sox, in two fewer games.

we have a +100 run diff, also best in the junior circuit.

we’re also the only team in major league that has derek lowe! ; )

The Red Sox are getting their shit handed to them by Brent Lillibridge. He’s the utility player they got in the Youkalis deal and then traded to the Indians for some other nobody. And he’s just destroying them. They would really love to have him back now, because, you know, they kind of need a 3Bman.
