I had to drive some place and heard, I think it was the twelfth inning onward, from Sterling. Honestly, if I hadn’t been captive in the car, I probably would have turned it off after the top of the 13th.

Gobsmacked I still am. Sure glad the weather was kind of shitty round my parts today. Usually I see lots of neighbors walking down the sidewalk. They missed hearing my colorful language during all the good and bad today. What a ridiculous 5+ hours of baseball. Nova needs to not fucking suck soon.

My gosh, what an energizing win. I was following the game my phone, and it was hard to put it down or to look away. Reminded me a lot of that extra inning marathon game against the Red Sox in 2009 that Yankees somehow managed to win.

I would really like to see this team get far in the postseason. I’ve done most of my cheering from afar, having been so busy this past year, but I have really come to like these guys. It looks like everything is coming together at the perfect time, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

The A’s have about the best fielding team in baseball. But you sure couldn’t tell today.

A Win is a Win is a Win.
So I can’t complain.
But while I want to see PS play as badly as anyone, and while we have won 7 in a row….

the situational hitting by this team is horrendous.
And the hitting in general hasn’t been that good.

I hope these guys adjust thier approach in the PS.

Great win and all..caught the last three batters on MLB.tv…but…

The Yanks had used 16 position player and eight pitchers as they went to the bottom of the 13th.

If the regular 25 man roster had 16 position players, I’d be happy, but I really hate September call-ups.
