Great piece. The other day I was driving home from a seminar with a Red Sox fan. I checked the Yankees score and saw that we lost. I said, "Oh fuck, the Yankees lost." His response, "I am so happy to be free again. No angst, just like the old days. I'm having a great fall." And so it is. I love this guy whether he is writing for Grantland or Esquire. Great piece.
