Hi AB, Jeez effin' Loise. We were slammed. Lucky to be on the Upper West Side. I can't say that for other friends and family.

I am a native New Yorker and In my lifetime, we were never in a situation that required more than one day off from school. A week? Unprecedented. 26 dead in NYC alone.

The folks in DC might want to pay attention to climate science. Certainly couldn't hurt.

Scattered outtages in Westchester County; in the southside of Mt. Vernon the main streets have power, but the residential streets don't. Go figure. Con Ed has no clue when they'll get around to turning the power back on for any of us, so we'll have to hold out as best as we can.
