Either of the BP Podcasts are excellent. Effectively Wild is a daily show that focuses on something(s) that happened the night before, though they are currently in season preview mode. Its short (usually 20 minutes or less) but sweet. The Towers of Power Fantasy Hour (or 2) is fantasy-focused but they throw quite a bit of regular baseball talk in there.

I have also listened, on occasion, to the mostly-but-not-entirely-Twins-centric Gleeman and the Geek (because they are quite entertaining) and the not-100%-baseball-focused ProdCast by the dudes at Productive Outs.

I know FanGraphs has a podcast, too, but I have listened only once and so I don't feel really solid commenting on it.

My last suggestions are two podcasts that went dark when the season/playoffs ended, and I presume they will come back when the new season starts, but they won't help you know. One is Jonah Keri's baseball-centric podcast on the Grantland Network, which was an offshoot of/successor to his own "The Jonah Keri Podcast", but he didn't record any new episodes after the season ended. The other is "The Baseball Show with Rany and Joe", by Rany Jazayerli and Joe Sheehan, in theory a weekly show but their last episode was mid-October 2012. I love both of their writing and so I enjoy their podcast, too.

:)
I'm so bummed that the Baseball Today podcast on E$PN ended, Eric Karabell and Keith Law were really a good listen. The new Baseball Tonight one with Buster Olney will have people like Sutcliffe and Schilling at times..not such a good listen methinks. Anyone got some better pods out there to get ready for 2013?
