Not only is he a great tipper and more fun than anyone but Peter O'Toole but every moment with him is an adventure. We once drove from the Upper West Side to Philly after midnight just for a cheese-steak. The soundtrack for our drive was a cassette of American Indian ceremonial chanting. After 90 minutes of just the sound of ritualistic grunting Bill asked me if I was as psyched to play Bingo as he was. Back in the day I drove for Bill and family.
