Serve You Up like Stove Top Stuffin’

So last night was the game the Yanks should have lost, right? Because they don’t sweep series when they matter in 2016, right? Uh, maybe not. They beat the Jays 2-0 last night thanks to marvelous work by Bryan Mitchell and Luis Severino, and the Bombers sit just a couple of games outside of the second playoff spot.

Stranger things have happened.

Indeed they have.

What a win! Yanks need to win 3 of 4 against Tampa while the other playoff race teams are tangling in 4 game sets (Tigers v. Orioles, Jays v. Sox). And the 'Stros play the Tribe today and get the Cubs this weekend.

I hope Good CC shows up tonight!

I said it before and I;ll say it again: it's unreal that the Yanks are playing meaningful games this September. I'm hoping that's the case when we end the season with 3 with the Sox and 3 with the O's

The Yanks have to trade Gary Sanchez. He hasn't hit a home run in forever.

Great win, and it nice to see Severino get it back together. They need him as a starter, but for now, he is really helping the team.

It is exciting seeing all these young guys playing together and I think it has lit a fire under some of the veterans on the team too.

Let's go Baby Bombers. Clap-clap-clap-clap clap.

We want the Division, and Toronto falling out of the playoffs. I didn't think it was possible, my disdain for the Blue Jays exceeds any emotion I have for the Red Sox. Between their passive aggressive Canadian nice fans and the true punks on the roster, there is no more hateable team (at least for me) in MLB.
