I don’t know that you can explain chemistry but when you see it in a movie, man, it sings. It’s a kind of pleasure we don’t get tired of–I mean, we’re still in love with Nick and Nora Charles, right? Take John Cusack and Minnie Driver in Grosse Pointe Blank. They are just great together.

The tone and pacing of the whole movie works.  Now, there’s a black comedy I always enjoy watching.
