I can’t get upset about missing Darvish. They reasonably worried that he was going to be Daisuke. And A-Jax isn’t very good, so that doesn’t bother me either. Same with Jesus. Mark Melancon is a decent relief pitcher but not in the same class as D-Rob or Claiborne.

I do wish they had raided the piggy bank for Cespedes. Goddam A-Rod.
