[2] Hey Boat, I think it’s exactly because of those two idiots who attacked the coach. Don’t forget Monica Seles either. I’m peaceful jazz fan as you know, but I think if you run on the field these days, knowing that those ON the field don’t know if you are a crazy person, you kind of are asking for it. And security guys may be tough, but imagine a player like Krazy Kyle got them first!

This unrelated, but don’t you guys and girls think the Stadium security (and not just in NY) dudes get a tad over zealous when they tackle those who run onto the field these days. It sure wasn’t like that in the 70s when I was growing up. Damn, they killed a girl in Boston, although that was outside the stadium.

Maybe it’s because of those idiots in, where, KC (?) who attacked the 1st base coach….many years ago, but still, reasonable force is about using reason.

Wow, a little burning happened last night (midnight oil, other stuff). Great read. “The hits just kept coming after that, and the game shifted into a slow motion montage of carnage as Nuño was ripped apart from every angle. As he sighed and peered into the bullpen, the YES cameras showed us what he already knew: emptiness. No one was coming to the rescue. He was… taking one for the team”. Just like a Sam Peckinpah scene!

Anyway, we all need an asskicking once in awhile. It’s just one loss, the score could have been 1-0 as far as the standings go. Nova is being his normal self; talent throttled by a lack of concentration. I hope he gets it together. The Yanks have their new super stud on the mound tonight, with high hopes to win the series.
