A report from the Star Tribune has Phil Hughes signing a 3-year deal with the Twins. His oven stuffer roaster having popped in New York I wish him well in Minnie. Always seemed like a good guy.

Unlike Pavano, I wish Phil best of luck in Minnesota. Just didn't work out in NY.

Good back of the rotation guy who didn't live up to great ace-pectations.
I'm sorry to see him go actually. If you accepted him for what he was, and got past what we wanted him to be, you could appreciate his value as a 4th, 5th starter.
