It is cold and overcast in New York City today. For the first time in a long while I can’t think of anything to write about. Oh, part of me wants to rant about Curt Schilling’s [1] latest comments [2], but what good would that do? It’s fruitless and boring. I don’t really have the stomach to talk about the Red Sox [3], though Red Sox Nation is rightfully soaking in plenty of good vibes at the moment. It’s too early to talk seriously about the Hot Stove; heck, it’s even too early to argue about awards. And I know this is just me, but the coming NBA [4] season doesn’t have me juiced up either. (De La Soul [5] has a new record out but it isn’t kicking my ass.) Anyone got anything inspiring? Um, heard any good jokes [6] lately? There are plenty of bad ones [7] making the rounds. Throw me a bone, peoples.
