Hip ^[1]-hip ^[2]…Jorge ^[3]! Oh, and of course Derek Jeter is just itching to get things rolling as well. Ever notice that he’s always one of the first guys ready to go round this time of year? SI’s Tom Verducci ^[4] thinks Jeter, not Johnny Damon, should be the team’s lead off hitter. No arguments here.
