If Life is a Bowl of Cherries…

The Yankees held a closed-door meeting [1] for close to an hour last night before they were shut-down by the Jays, 7-2 [2]. The Red Sox [3] won again, and the Bombers are now tied for last place [4] with the Devil Rays [5], thirteen-and-a-half out.

Roger Clemens [6] pitched well in Scranton [7] last night and appears headed for Fenway Park this weekend. Too little too late [8]? Oh, how Sox fans must be licking their collective chops at a chance to bury the dead [9] this weekend.
