Steven Goldman on Michael Pineda’s season-ending injury [2]. I hope the kid is okay when he returns next year. I was looking forward to watching him pitch. The few times I saw him last year was enough to get me excited. This injury is especially tough because the Yanks gave up such a promising young stud like The Jesus to get Pineda.
This is a bummer, man.
