Nothing Semi-About Him

Here is Banter reader and Yankees fan @KRADec at the other night’s Bartolo Colon start, with his homemade colon sign:

Awesomeness. My work here is done.

That's funny! Also, I think a dominant outing by Bartolo should be deemed a "Colon-oscopy."

Diane: thanks!

Mattpat11: well, I've written three SUPERNATURAL novels, so it's quite possible you have. *grin*

And for the record, it was a 650-point Arial bold colon.

[3] I would not have pegged you for a Supernatural fan, Matt! I have a soft spot for that show, but haven't read the books (yet).

[3, 6] In the interests of blatant self-promotion, the three SUPERNATURAL novels I wrote are NEVERMORE (which has the added bonus of taking place in the Bronx), BONE KEY, and HEART OF THE DRAGON. All are still available at finer bookstores everywhere (and probably some of the crappy ones, too), and online from folks like Amazon.

By the way, regarding the sign -- the biggest problem about talking about it is the pronunciation, since it's really only a pun that works in written form..............................

I read Nevermore. It was fantastic.

And Emma, its easily one of the best shows on TV.

Thanks, Matt!
