Who Shot Ya?

Making shots like this will only encourage him to take more. But yeah, Knicks win. Oh, and John Starks is alive and well. And his name is J.R. Smith.

Speaking of shot, Avery Johnson's been fired from BK. Ol'Deron's dunnit again... oh, and Latrell's BFF P.J.'s in charge for now.

Yeah, Deron is developing some kind of reputation, isn't he?

I thought they were crazy for re-signing Smith. But it seems like he's playing more under control this year, no? I'm crediting Kidd with getting Carmelo & JR to focus & make better decisions.

[1] [2] Deron, OTOH, while obviously talented, is a PG who doesn't seem to make those around him better and as a coach underminer maybe does the opposite. Chemistry definitely matters in basketball.

Kidd's the man. Always liked his defense, and 3) yeah, his leadership seems to be a major difference this year.

3) The coach apparently has had a good influence on Smith who has toned down his partying significantly.

[6] Interim; unless Phil Jackson or Stan Van Gundy turn the gig down, it's highly unlikely he'll stay the head coach. Prokorov has some deep pockets and good enough sense to stay out of Billy King's way, so they'll probably get who they want this time.
