Dodgers 2, Yanks 0. Delayed by rain then the Yanks were undone by their own mistakes.

Very disappointing game. Still only 2 out of the Wild Card and 4 out of the division. This road trip will either be amazing or meh. Hopefully Girardi lights a fire under 'em.

Lost a chance to gain ground. And actually the Mariners have leapfrogged the Yankees by half a game.

Yep, was hoping to pick up but i'm not concerned yet. We won 7 straight and put ourselves in position. A mini slump is fine so long as we bounce out. It's just great to be in contention with a team that's fun to watch.

I'm dreaming of a boston sweep btw. I'm sure it won't happen, but that would be awesome. :)

Remember 2006, when the Yankees had a 5 game sweep in Boston?

Wait, that was a decade ago!

[6] I was just thinking about that series. Didn't Corey Lidle win a 2-1 contest? I think it might've been the 5th game

Let's do this!

[7] Yup. I googled it and he was the game 5 winner.

Let's just win tonight and not worry too much about tomorrow.
