Here's my thing about AJ: does he scare the hell out of me in a playoff game? Well I'd have to be pretty dumb not to be terrified of what he might do in October.
But that being said, I still feel a hell of a lot more confident handing him the ball in a big spot than I do giving it to Wright or Brown or Vazquez or Randy or (sad but true) Wang.
Joba is the one that really scares me, if nothing else I know AJ is at least capable of saving the bullpen in an ugly game.
not much concern here, apparently....i know the team is playing very well, and there's not much choice but AJ as a game 2 starter (with pettitte starting game 3 on the road), but, still, things could get real ugly real fast....
and this assumes that CC's troubles from last year's post-season don't carry over...
