Drip Drop

A Halladay, a Lackey…which one of these?

It’s gray Saturday, and raining in New York.

Stay warm y’all.

I'm intrigued by the idea of trading for Edwin Jackson.

I'd prefer the Yankees not trade for anyone. The rotation as it stands now is:

CC
AJ
Pettitte
Joba
Hughes

With Aceves, IPK and McCalister waiting in the wings. Melancn/Robertson/Marte should fill-in the bridge.

Now if the Yanks want to get fancy, they should go out and sign Sheets, Harden or Bedard (in that order of preference) as reasonably cheap insurance. I know that Boston's attempt to do that with Smoltz and Penny did not work out, but that also might be a product of Dai-suck getting hurt and pitching like shit. These guys are all a bit younger.

Tiger Woods now has a higher batting average than A-Rod with women in scoring position
